Step By Step Starting Process

STEP ONE – Try a class for free! Take part in a coached AF fitness class at a time that is convenient for you! To book please click the “book your free trial” button to activate your free session. Please ensure you book into the class slot you would like to attend! All abilities are welcome!

STEP TWO – Your next step to joining us a Addix Fitness is to complete our prep course. On the course, we will teach you the fundamental movements and techniques that are essential for AF60. The course covers a mixture of Gymnastics, Olympic Weightlifting and Kettlebell training.

The Intro course is broken down into three 1-hour sessions consisting of:
Intro Series 1 – Air Squat / Back Squat / Front Squat / Over Head Squat
Intro Series 2 – Deadlift / Kb Swing / Power Clean
Intro Series 3 – Strict Press / Push Press / Press Up / Gymnastic Kip
(All Classes will finish with a baseline workout and a Q&A)

Private Introduction Course
The Private Introduction Course is ideal for anyone looking to fast track their introduction in to AF60. We can schedule the session to suit your schedule and split the four series however you choose, with the added benefit of concentrating on particular areas you would like to improve.

STEP THREE – After you have completed the introduction course, the final step is to choose a membership option which best suits you.

Membership Option 1) Unlimited use of every AF60, AF45, AF30 and Open Gym Sessions

Membership Option 2) Two or Three times use per week of ether AF60, AF45, AF30 or Open Gym Sessions
