Barbell jump squats x 24 ( light – empty bar)

rest 90 seconds

B. Accumulate 2 minutes total in each hold – rest as needed

  1. Iso dip Hold – 90 degrees
  2. Iso pull up hold – 90 degrees

Death By Thrusters 40/30kg

Min 1: 1 Thruster

Min 2: 2 Thrusters

Min 3: 3 Thrusters
