METCON

tRAIN EVERYTHING READY FOR ANYTHING

This is our main fitness class, every class is 1hr long and is coached by one of our experienced trainers. Your coach will take you through everything, from the warm up to the strength/skill and the workout, covering over all techniques and drills to ensure you’re learning, performing and moving efficiently, also explaining the intended stimulus (feeling) required for each section of the class to make sure your getting the most out of each session and progressing daily.

Expect to learn new skills, from olympic weightlifting to gymnastics. All skills session and workouts have the necessary progressions and scaling options to meet you at your current fitness level.

Every class is varied to ensure we are touching on all aspects of fitness, including:  strength, power, speed, co-ordination, balance, endurance, stamina, flexibility, agility & accuracy.

​STRENGTH CLUB

​Get strong , get powerful , get jacked

This is our Strength class, you won’t find any cardio here!

Every class is 1hr long and is coached by one of our experienced trainers. Your coach will teach you how to lift correctly to get you as strong and powerful as possible.

Expect to learn new skills, from olympic weightlifting, powerlifting and how to correctly execute functional bodybuilding accessory movements to make sure you’re safely on your way to getting strong and jacked. 

Spend this hour developing your strength, power and physique.

Some say bodybuilders are all show and no go, well not with this class, this programme is ALL SHOW AND ALL GO!!!

​METCON LITE

​New to fitness or want more conditioning?

Every class is 1hr long and is coached by one of our experienced trainers. 

Metcon lite classes offer a great introduction into functional fitness, workouts include fundamental lower skill & lighter weight movement patterns and techniques. 

Metcon lite focuses on developing your muscular and cardiovascular endurance using light and low skill weightlifting, bodyweight movements coupled with assault runner, ski erg, rower, bike erg and assault bike machines. 

SIMPLE but far from EASY

ONCE YOUR COACH HAS GATHERED ALL THE INFORMATION NEEDED FROM YOUR CONSULTATION WE THEN RUN BOTH BODY AND FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENT ASSESSMENTS, THIS IS TO HELP BOTH THE COACH AND YOURSELF UNDERSTAND MORE ABOUT YOUR STARTING POINT.

FULL BODY COMPOSITION ANALYSIS

YOUR CURRENT WEIGHT, BODY FAT AND LEAN MASS MEASUREMENTS

FULL MOVEMENT SCREENING

ANALYSIS OF CURRENT MOTOR FUNCTION AND MOVEMENT ABILITIES, IDENTIFYING  ANY WEAKNESSES OR LIMITATIONS THAT MAY NEED TO BE PRIORITISED IN YOUR PROGRAM.

INDIVIDUALISED PROGRAM DESIGN

YOUR ASSESSMENT RESULTS WILL  GIVE YOUR COACH THE ANSWERS NEEDED TO CREATE THE BEST POSSIBLE PROGRAM SPECIFIC TO YOUR NEEDS, CREATING THE BEST POSSIBLE PATH FOR YOU TO ACHIEVE YOUR GOALS.

ONE 2 ONE COACHING

HOURLY SESSIONS UNDER THE WATCHFUL EYE OF YOUR COACH, YOUR COACH WILL HELP INSURE YOUR IMPLEMENTING YOUR PROGRAM CORRECTLY, WORKING YOU THROUGH THE INTENT OF THE SESSION AND PROGRESSING THE TECHNIQUES, MOVEMENTS IN YOUR PLAN.

NUTRITION GUIDANCE

NUTRITION GUIDANCE - AS PART OF YOUR BESPOKE COACHING PLAN YOU WILL ALSO GET ACCESS TO YOUR COACH FOR CONTINUAL NUTRITION ADVICE AND GUIDANCE THROUGH OUT YOUR PROGRAM.
